I see Otherpower has posted a similar question to this and recieved no replies.
What is the difference between the mastervolt Soladin and the mastervolt Windmaster ? They are essentially the same unit but with what differences?
I need a windmaster but have had no problems using a Soladin with wind turbines ! Would I get better results with a windmaster - they're a lot more money.
Any thoughts anyone?

At a guess - much like the Power-One version - the Aurora Wind and the Aurora PVI - there is no physical difference - just programming. My 'wind' inverters still refer to PV array power, the connections are labelled PV 1 and PV2 etc etc. But the wind version allows more control over the voltage in to power out look up table.

If you have PV - use a PV inverter! If you have a spinny thing - use a wind version.

I thought the price is the same  both around 500 euro

the soladin has a MPPT tracker for PV  the windmaster  has another  idea (software)
As far as i know it is not automatically given that a MPPT tracker works fine with a Windturbine
