Not sure where to put this so I'll try here.
Had our MCS accreditation done over the last 2 days and passed with flying colours Grin Grin Grin Tongue
Am now MCS accredited in solar thermal, solar PV and air source heat pumps.
Don't like to brag but I fell its worth bragging about

We went with NAPIT.
Very helpful throughout the process. The chap that assessed us was very knowledgable in all area's.
We looked at NICEIC but were put off by their apparent lack of expertise. All they seem to want to do is make money out of you (as discussed elsewhere).

I reckon I spent between 2 and 3 hundred hours on my 'puter getting all the paperwork side of things straight. When I first looked at it I didn't really know what they expected or wanted. Now it seems a lot like common sense.
The actual jobs side of it is relativley straight forward.
