Hi Ian

Cheers for that

what type of processor do you use? and do you distill the meth from the bio or do you wash it with water.

Chester only 20 miles from me, which side of chester are you? I have a wiring job on at the moment just outside Buckley so passing through fairly often.

Regards

Hawkie,

The processors we built use a water wash system, they work well, have done for over 2 years, but were always tweaking to find ways to improve, and Im actually in the Buckley area so you could pop by after your wiring , PM me for contact details if your interested

biodiesel is simple
don` tmake it complicated
and make sure you are aware of the dangers all you need is a few clamp top 205 ltr barrels
a pump (tam 105) a heating element and some copper plumbing

i would advise insulating maybe a venturi and an eductor to make life a little easier

put all this on a wodden frame and your good to go.

im more than happy to talk you through and pop up anytime
ill get some pics of my set up if i can get in there, lol in the week
