Help Turbolister expert needed (EBAY)

Stupidly when i opened an auctiva account I thought it migrated all your listings over, i thought when things went quiet i'd suss out how to utilise it as i'd had so many problems with TL over the years.
Aaagh, (primal scream time) having found it works on whats been active for the x days / months i'm in the mire.
it's taken 3 weeks for help from ebay & essentially i'm on my own.

we've got from cant open wont open to will open but cannot edit files (all 465 of em)
Anyone know more than ebay? as ebay know flip all.

Therefore as i've been unable to open TL2 since OCTOBER 2009 theres no trail to pick up & kickstart..
Tried saving files & re-installling ...but as this thread states, no further!

at my wits end & witless, thought I'd ask here as I need to get rolling again one way or another.

Purple_angle was the top Turbolister guru, but I'm not sure if she is about now-a-days.

You could log into the "Selling Tools Help Board" forum (ebay) and shout for help. I know it is a slow moving board, but someone may be able to help.
