The Pegler Terrier i-temp, I can't seem to find any detailed specifications or instructions but it seems to be a TRV that has a timer in it, and at only £27.99 it seems to be a worthwhile investment.
Your thoughts please.

Just phoned Pegler and the reason that there are no data sheets / info is due to the product not being released in the uk yet  hysteria it states on the web site product launch 1st july , obvoiusly they are just importing it, bloke on the phone stated that they would have more info by the 23rd of June!

Fred

I'll probably get one and have a play as it could be just what I need ( I see some bodging coming up Grin)

Thanks for making the data sheet available.

Do not know if it is specific to my pc,
but the download arrived labelled as a '.pdf_' file type which of course
flummoxed my (non-Adobe) pdf reader.

A quick change of the file name later & it opened fine.

The link didn't work for me, probably because I don't allow Microsoft to execute code on my machine, even if it's javascript. But editing the source code eventually gave me this link:

http://public.blu.livefilestore.com/y1p-ilt3w9CCZ9DebtwRN_phMMxkelYkBkzNiJV5TC4zTdHBE4buoAK4vuZ-TQjV4g46my4YwsGiY2jZEdPFQVdqQ/terrier%20i%20temp.pdf?download&psid=1

It downloaded with a name that started and ended with a " symbol. But a quick change of name fixed that as well.

Thanks.

I have programmable stats  and achieve what I think is reasonable control...

the only thing I worry about with these valve actuators is the batteries... how long do they last?

Interesting. 6 temp settings/day, which is 4 more than the HR20/Rondostat. The HR20 certainly runs for some months on rechargeables so I don't think power consumption is too bad. They are certainly a huge improvement over everything available only a 2-3 years ago (3-5 watts 'on' consumption which was enough for me to abandon the idea till some better tech turned up).

I wonder how hackable these i-temp terriers are? Hackableness is certainly the best bit about the HR20s (and they are fairly cheap).
