 Probably lost heart, in disgust at the greenwash that's following these games, eg the big turbine idea has been scrapped (though it's location was questionable), i'd like to hear the precise reasons for scrapping it (put down in part as design changes & safety)

But on a serious note why did smaller turbine collapse? did it not have proper controls? the small pic shows the tower has given way, not blades exploding through "having it large" so how was the mast specced for the site? ..it is the coast after all.
