This device may offer a simple method of interfacing thermocouple sensors to a pc via usb. Low cost, dual channel and continuous recording at user defined intervals. Powered by usb or battery for stand alone applications (can record 100 data points in this mode). Having temperatures (including differential) displayed at source could be a bonus. USB can now be sent over long distances using cheap cable repeater or CATx devices. I am just about to install my thermal store and this will be connected to the sensor pockets so it will make life much simpler.

Wonder why  the description has more detail of the
plasticizers in the plastic casing,
than,
what it does/how it does it?
