OFGEM have published an open letter requesting feedback on the process and problems of connecting distributed generation to the grid.

http://www.ofgem.gov.uk/Pages/MoreInformation.aspx?docid=218&refer=Networks/ElecDist/Policy/DistGen

Deadline for submitting a response is 31st May 2011.

Can I ask everyone to please consider sending in a response if you have been affected by any relevant grid connection issues such as G83 limits, lack of clarity from DNOs, level of charges from DNOs, time delays or anything similar.  It doesn't matter if you are an installer or system owner, your views are still important.
