Biff, for some time now you've been weighing up the odds to blow / rub & buff the dust off your phallic-morphing lamp-olava-love-a-rama, bothered by subsequent drain on your batteries, not to mention worried about talk of comparible efforts  whistlie

Worry not theres a new LED colour morphing  heatplate, low voltage lava lamp out now (available in the autumn, as it was apparantly released on the sly last year & sold out fast)

No idea yet as to how little they pull compared to lava's of old, however I'm sure Biff will shortly furnish us with more details.

Will fit in perfectly with your mathmos led blowlight.

sad,bad news about the lamp gus,
appearently while i was away my wife got the lamp out to clean it and when she was finished she plugged it in and went out to the garden to weed,a couple of hours later she walked in and the neighbours heard her scream, she called the parish priest.i should have told her about this lamp but i was afraid she would think i was a bit slow, plus i really feel inadequate next to that lamp.
so the parish priest came along thinking he was going to do an ordinary old exorcism but instead he was met by a nice warm glowing lava lamp which just sat there bubbling and giving out nice little smoke clouds.he was just finishing his cuppa and getting up to leave when he happened to look across the room and there,lo and behold !! was the greatest set of tackle ever seen by man. now i am not going to say that it jumped out of the lamp and chased him round the room before finally impaling him, that would be simply beyond belief, instead he just stood up and shook his head and said, ahhh god,,what would i give to be hung like that !!!
the rest is history, the wife threw the lamp out the window and knocked the postman of his bike. the lamp bounced of his head and rolled across the lawn and it is lying under a bush at present.if you are still want to buy it we will go down and catch it for you but i have to add that the price has now increased to 75 euros. its a bargain gus.
