HI

I have had several quotes for GSHP and ASHP and most of those installers say that we should know what the Gov't is going to do about the RHI in May.

Can anyone confirm this please?

I dont want to go ahead without knowing what the Gov't intends.

thanks

Mike

For domestic systems the details supposedly to be announced in May are for the Renewable Heat Premium Payment - which will be the one-off amount payable for eligible systems to cover the transition period before the domestic RHI comes in properly in 2012.

so to be clear NOT the rate or the method chosen?

any idea when that might happen?

ASHP has been excluded from the initial commercial RHI but should be included in the domestic when details are released.
