Advice or help.

I have a connected my TDC3e to a local switch and trying to access the controller via the wireless network. I am trying without success to connect the C30 application to the TDC3e. I can ping 192.168.1.50 ok, I can open the lantronix xport server via a browser  ok. When opening the C30 application it doesn't connect or read the controller.  Laptop running win7.

Any advice or help appreciated.  charlie
