I an also a Director of a little Flat Management Company with 8 flats in 2 blocks and wondered about raising finance on the freehold to install 4 pv systems - 1 per upstairs flat so two blocks with two systems on their roof.

I am looking for he best finance available for a term of about 15 years so we can spend about £30K on 4 systems and have a little profit after payback each year.

All ideas welcome - Bank of Mum & Day was exhausted 20 years ago !!!
