DECC have announced that EU approval for state aid aspects of RHI has not yet been given - so the launch of RHI for commercial organisations, planned for today, is to be delayed.

Thanks for letting us know. I assumed it had gone ahead as planned for 1st August 2011. I guess it's no surprise that it's been delayed and now delayed again.
