Thanks for posting Ted,

Two things I noticed...
1)
Array Earthing, for Transformer-less inverters
"Where the frame is a Extraneous conductive part, Protective equipotential bonding as defined in BS7671 should be applied"

They could have left it as, bond to spike.
I think bonding will not be done, because as it states Extraneous conductive part, people will think that because it will not be touched in normal conditions, don't bond.
And saying Protective equipotential bonding as defined in BS7671 should be applied, could lead to misinterpretation of taking the PME earth to the array frame.

Thing is, PV works in daylight, so even if you isolate your DC switches and its all "switched off", the PV panels and cables are still live, and under a fault condition, for the sake of using 10mm2 braid and a ground spike, it may as well just be bonded.
I think in the 3rd Edition Draft this is very unclear as to what should be done.

2)
Really glad this was added...
"For PV systems fitted on roofs - to ensure the Fire and Rescue Service are aware that a PV system is installed on the roof - the following sign shall also be fitted next to the suppliers cutout in the property:"
(note, they are currently checking the label location, and design with the Fire Service.)
I think next to the cutout would be fine.

But then will firemen then let your house burn down because they cannot enter the property to get to the Isolators...  Roll Eyes
