I need some help. I'm trying to compile enough evidence to implicate the entire French team into the sinking of the Rainbow Warrior in Auckland in 1985. Thereby allowing Wales through by default when the French get arrested or exciled. I just need to check how many of them were born by 1985, and the required age restrictions to join the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure.

Now I appreciate it's a long shot ......

I had a Kiwi work for me some years ago out here in France, he was only 18 but if it looked like rain, and we were going to lay some cement, he would do a "Hacker" to get the Sun out each morning, blasted well worked too.

Any way it seems that the Greenpeace Incident is even taught in the schools out there. And i got the impression that New Zealand folk do not exactly love the French, especially as the secret service agents got away with it.

I don't think anyone wanted to play against New Zealand.   France were expecting Wales to score a drop goal at the end  to get them off the hook but Wales were too smart for that.   The worst thing about them is all that jumping around they feel that they have to do before the match.  Maybe  France should pack it in now and say they just made a mistake.

Well I think Wales played with more heart than France, but in all honesty couldn't see either having much of a chance in the final.

Having watched France struggle against 14 men all game, I doubt they will put up much of a fight. I think they should have beaten Wales quite easily after the set backs in the first 20 mins. Didn't they want to win?

I'm probably not the only one saying this, but I think the true final was last Sunday.

I'm happy to wish France all the luck in the World, but against NZ, at home, in a WRC final! I think it might be a painful day for our cousins across the Channel.

Martyn.

there is no doubt about it, france were robbed,
the ref refused to stop play when a french player was down injured but the moment a kiwi went down everything was stopped,mc,caw performed so many accidental fouls on the french players, from high tackles to knees to the head and swinging left hooks.he must be the aknowledged expert on what exactly you can get away with. you only have to look at the facial injuries on the french players to see how effective the policy was. sadly it is not sport,,,like o,driscoll,,para was targeted and deliberatly injured. that is not sport,,its something else but not sport.it is sad to see a good game reduced to this kind of trench warfare.the best part of the new zeland performance was hayley, and to see and hear her sing again.one of the finest voices of all time.
