Hi everyone,

I just wanted to clear something up to avoid getting in trouble with any of the mods / admins. In the rules it states that we can advertise our wanted goods but of a non commercial nature, what does that mean exactly?

You can probably guess what we are looking to buy but I'm not sure whether this would breach the rules...

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for asking first! - I can't see that such a request would be against the spirit of the forum,  - what sort of oil are you after, old engine oil?

Thanks for the reply Smiley

Yes, vehicle and cooking oil within the UK. Any quantity above 205 litres at a time basically.

Edit: Shall I delete this topic and create a new one then?

Provisionally, go ahead, but please respect that we have several members who use waste oil themselves, so if we get any protests we may ask you to withdraw it...just leave this thread as it is, and start a fresh one! (it will act as a "this is how to go about it" thread)

I doubt you will find anyone wanting to part with WVO. Most people on here who have it will use it.

Waste engine oil on the other hand may work out for you.
