Hi everyone!

We are looking to buy vehicle and cooking oil within the UK. We can accept quantities of over 205 litres at a time and will be able to send oil road trucks to pick it up from an address of your choice.

Feel free to ask any questions you have Smiley

Hi Stuart,

It actually tends to fluctuate but we keep things up to date via the calculator on our site.

I've been looking around these forums however and I have got a feeling that we aren't paying enough to attract the likes of this community. Check it out if you want though and let me know what you think.

Hi,

I make that £0.01 per litre??

15 pence for a standard cubie??

Sorry, do not think you will get much uptake offering that.
10-fold would still be low at the moment.

Agri offer £2.00 for this.

For waste cooking oil, it is a low price. For waste vehicle oil surely 3p per litre or whatever it is, is better than paying to get rid?

Why do you put antifreeze in your fuel tank?

This is the idea really, we are offering to remove the vehicle oil while paying for it rather than the usual charge / free collection service.

This seems a perfectly reasonable business model WBWO, but why is your www site so secretive about the company?  Little things like 'based in Wolverhampton (or whereever)', or 'board, who've done such and such' do wonders for persuading people to give something a try.    Might not be the case for big old haulage firms (who might also be impressed by the big shiny lorry), but for the people on here I think it'd make a big difference..

Indeed. The 'contact us' has no address or landline number, company and waste carrier licence numbers = pikies.

Also any website that is predominately black = built by depressed teenager.

Thanks for the constructive criticism guys, we'll add more details about the company and the licence number on the website this week.

The black design was actually to follow the oil theme, I can assure you we aren't depressed teenagers  Tongue

Edit: This is our company registration number by the way to clear up that we are not IT illiterate pikeys - 07831798

The link as their "signature" is malformed, hence doesn't "connect" - the site is there, and there's no Google blacklisting (and they'll slap a "danger" sign on anything with the slightest excuse....)

Go into your profile and edit your "sig" - you've simply missed out a colon - you've put http//www.webuywasteoil.co.uk - just add ":" after "http".......... Grin
