'Phone selling FIT scheme panels....

Well, he won't need his ears syringed for a while...........
Despite efforts to be removed from every spam list possible (email and 'phone), I just received a call from some dork trying to flog me "FIT" scheme pv panels...... I tersely asked why he was 'phoning me as I'd done everything NOT to be called by such companies, and he was "straight back on script" telling me he'd called to tell me the benefits..... I exploded!
So it looks like the trade isn't totally dead.... just in case anyone's come across the company, 1471 revealed the number - 0800-8048418

A little bit of Googling came up with this -

"Home Energy Saver still exist, was part of AyJay Direct Marketing Ltd Waterloo House, Fleets Corner Poole, Dorset BH17 0HL UK Telephone: 01202 607100 works but answered as Touchbase Marketing, operating from same base and telephone numbers. As a marketing company their agents call out under the guise of Home Energy Saver" - that number works too - someone else who won't need his ears syringing!

Weren't there a bunch of crooks from thereabouts scamming people on solar systems?
