Pipe thicknesses

I've generally used 15mm pipe pretty much for the reasons Phillip R details.

From the above though, I'm thinking that I might switch to 12mm for all but the biggest jobs / longest pipe runs. Definitely would seem to make more sense than using the ribbed 15mm flexi pipe that's the worst of all worlds, but pretty handy for installing quickly.
