Following 10 months of no water in my stream I  have decided to sell my Micro Hydro generator.
It is a Navitron XJ14-0.2DCT4-Z   200watt high head turbine designed to operate on 10-14m of head and 3-4 litres / second.
 http://www.navitron.org.uk/product_detail.php?catID=81&proID=172
My site is poor with seasonal flow only. I only have 5m head max , but still managed to run this turbine and light lightbulbs with it.
However it is not the correct site for this turbine and never will be !
Story here - http://www.navitron.org.uk/forum/index.php/topic,6204.0.html

Turbine is in good working order . I have the instruction book , delivery note and 2 prong plug that fits it.
Current price incl vat seems to be £420 notes - I’d settle for £200   plus p+p at cost £15 ish?
Offering here before lining the pockets of that dreaded auction site.

Sorry it didn't work out for you George, great wee turbine for the price for someone. I have one myself , it's a bit rough around the edges but easy enough to 'beef up' and should provide years of service at the right site.

Mine ran for a couple of years without a hitch and was only removed so I could fit a 'Stream Engine'. I still have it and plan to use it again at some point.

Good luck, Paul

Hi Paul,

Love the picture - never fails to make me smile.  Is that the power spout?  i think i read you were getting about 800 watts out of it - is that the maximum it shoul/ is capable of doing.

Hi George,

Great to meet Jackie and yourself and thanks for the tour and not forgetting Scooby and Maisie!  Too much to take in.

Just for interest my pv did 6kw on saturday so yours should have managed  about 9kw but i guess the weather can be very different although it is only 80 miles away and probably a similar latitude.

Thanks for the wire info.  I am now starting to try to scource the pipe so will give you a ring if i can get any firm prices.

Thanks again

I think you broke it, water spraying out everywhere.  Ill give you £150 for it, in its current leaky state!
