seems either Government has a backup plan if appeal rejected or is proposing a compromise, but makes it look like 43p for installs upto early March is a strong possibility.

looks like I was wrong.

DECC have announced their plan B, with a new reference date for the cut to 21p of 3rd March IF they lose their appeal case in the High Court. So installations completed and registered before 3rd March would then be eligible for the old 43.3p rate for the lifetime of the system, meaning some ridiculously high rates of returns could be in the offing if this does happen.

I've stuck an analysis of this with links to the various decc releases about this on our blog

that info's originally from FOE twitter account btw, so likely accurate.

not that I do twitter, I had to go and join that sparks forum to ask for the source after checking the FOE website and not seeing anything there.
