I have a roof space with a very low head room and thinking about a horizontal tank with two coils:

Any body fitted one?
How good are controls systems for manageing a horizontal tank?

As I only have about 1m space a horizontal tank was my firdt thought.

Had a similar problem. I fitted a presurised cylinder in the loft. No header tank required. My cylinder was 550mm Dia and 1280mm(if i remember correctly) high (180ltr). I had just enough space below the apex(75mm clearance to the main roof timbers.) All now works wery well

I could perhaps just fit a 1.2m tank in the roof but still wondring if anybody has fitted a horizontal tank with two coils and how effiecient the tank worked?

Anbody fitted a tanks that was around 1.2m high but larger than 550mm above, I need about 210lts and the tank must be non vented.

Thanks
