DECC are making quite a song and dance about this.

Is there a requirement to achieve a level of thermal efficiency before they can apply like the one proposed for the FiT EPC of C from April?  onpatrol

I guess everyone else fell asleep waiting for the launch (expected in August, wasn't it?). It's somewhat disappointing that only two installations have been completed so far, but the incentive probably isn't good enough and the lack of heat-metering equipment obviously doesn't help.

Yes, yes, no its fine afterall we all need heat, and no metering is not an issue.
