Lidl have LED lights in their "specials" on Monday.  £5.99 each for a range including GU10 and MR16.  I had some of the LED GU10's last time round. They were 3W,  310lumens, 150 deg beam angle, 21 SMD LEDs with glass cover & warm white.  SO far they have been very good and in my opinion are as bright as a standard 50W halogen. I am assuming this latest batch will be the same or very similar.

I manage to but ONE MR16 last time they were on offer on Lidl as they sold out very quickly. I concur these are very bright and amazingly good value
