Thanks

http://www.decc.gov.uk/en/content/cms/meeting_energy/Renewable_ener/feedin_tariff/feedin_tariff.aspx
The rates are down the page , in a PDF, but are all subject to the comprehensive spending review, so far as I understand.

Apart from those degressed rates no new tariffs have been published yet for non-PV. Any changes to those rates need to be laid before parliament by 20th Feb to come in to force by 1st April. With the planned consultation only due to start on 9th Feb I can't see how DECC have any time to do it properly.

are they not just going to keep the existing degressions for all other technologies for April 1st.

BPVA were sounding members out about tariff changes in July, which would seem like about the right timescale for any new consultation starting in Feb that was done properly.

I also expect the new consultation to include the proposals that have been discussed in a few places for automatic FIT degressions triggerd by set amounts of installed capacity being reached. This was a proposal I first heard made by the rep from Suntech at the BPVA meeting with DECC in November btw, which got pretty unanimous support in the meeting. While it's far from perfect, I can at least see it working relatively ok, although I'm not sure how good it will be for bigger projects with longer lead times.

The tariff for micro-CHP is supposed to be going up. As there are only 4 units on the MCS list this may not make much difference.

Flipping Flowery Sunhats - how the hell micro chp got funding from a scheme supposed to fund renewables is beyond me.

Only about 250 systems have been installed under FiTs in the first 18 months, all gas I believe.

as you may have guessed, I'm not a fan of micro chp gas, and particularly don't think it's worthy of financial support under a scheme designed to support low carbon / renewable technologies.
