Hi all.
I have been looking for something that may reduce the surface tension of WVO. I keep coming across the use of Acetone  at 0.2% per WVO.
Has anyone tried this under controlled conditions such as a lister and what’s the feedback.

Comments welcome!

I might have a go - I've got a leaking can of acetone in my garage!

It evaporates very quickly - so that may cause a problem in use

Good on ya Ivan.
I am not sure if it just acts as a cleaner or it works or Heinz all!!!

Could you take a look at yours, Steves and Mikes Diary and see when your all free in Oakham for a chat.  Mike has all the details.

I'm available most of the time, as long as it's arranged in advance.  I'm in Oakham on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, but we've got meetings both days. Next week I am not available on 23rd and 24th due to meetings. Steve is going to be hardest to tie down, as he has quite a few things going on over the next several weeks, so I suggest if you can suggest a suitable date to Steve as a first step, the chances are that Mike and I will be most likely to fit it in too.
