I did wonder whether they might stall occasionally.

Could they be modified eg Tied to highest point on an island by a long electric cable, so precesses around the island. Drone carries small turbine, spun by passing water, generating power sent to island via cable?

Probably a hosting issue c-zero vs navitron.org again. There are problems with direct links to the 'navitron' address. Wait until later when the latest new server comes on-line. Doubtless Ivan's mugshot will return....
