can anybody explain how to post a quote please  Huh

Hi Frank

Highlight the text you want to quote.  In case you are not sure how to do this position the cursor at the start of the text you want, hold the left button down and drag to the end of the text.  Press the Ctrl and C keys at the same time.

Open up a reply screen and where you want the quote to appear use the button above this smiley  laugh

Also, how do you paste graphics/pictures onto the page as opposed to attaching?

Not sure about that one.  There is an "Insert Image" button.  It's the second one in on the line above the smilies.

Not sure about that one.  There is an "Insert Image" button.  It's the second one in on the line above the smilies.

I think that to use that, you have to have already got the image hosted on the web somewhere of your own. Type the link to it (http://whatever...) between the [img] tags that the button inserts.
