Big Bruvver

Hi Untill today i realy did not care to much about big bruvver but i got a bit of a shock
I pulled in to a garage filled up went to start the van nothing it would not start discovered it was the starter i then called the RAC and got auto selection and selected .The voice then said when the man with the van gets to you , must allow him to have a good look around inside your motor and you must tell him if you are carrying any flammable liquids or any harmful chemicals well i was taken aback by this i just sat there and laughed and thought the world has gone mad .I then rang ( whilst Waiting ) rang the local motor factors and asked for a starter motor he wanted my name house number reg number he then came back and told me what motor i had make model engine size diesel turbo and i think colour when it was made how long  i have had it  when i question him about it he said it is to give you the right part sir. Is this normal part of life now something wrong here i think to have all that info at his finger tips not on
Any way to cap it off he gave me the THE WRONG BLOODY STARTER so where is the point to all this info i think it is just to keep an eye on us so at any point in time the govenment can tell you where you were at any given time and place and what you are spending your money on only they can tell you why TIME FOR A CHANGE I THINK not that i do it to often thinking that is
