Ivan why would it make people not want to register details if you state that you don't go in for double glazing type marketing calls emails & silent calls! ..frankly this is the sort of company I would go a bit further to deal with.
We used to have countless registrations of our product which meant traceability service if stolen, good advice, q&a & someone on the end of a phone with a sympathetic ear to get an uplift & repair as needed, ..which is why we won awards!

Finally, each tube should have the Navitron logo etched into  the black selective coating inside the glass itself. This is currently a unique feature in the UK market, and is virtually impossible for a UK counterfeiter to copy.

Do you mean having 'navitron' etched in is unique or having 'a name' etched in is unique? The latter is not the case: my economical tubes have 'eco-nomical' etched in, and I assume other suppliers do the same with their names. Clearly it can only be done at manufacturing tme.

Still, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, so I reckon you are now officially famous :-)

Ah, we wondered how long it would take before someone else caught on. I didn't realise that they had already.
