40 x 58mm Navitron tubes, due south, up on a cliff near scarborough.

Also fitted new 'A' rated boiler.

Customer has today reported 50% reduction in winter oil bill.... and it's very exposed to the weather - and house with two foot thick stone walls!!!!

All good fun

What a bonus, facing due south too.

Do you want to know the best bit.... if you could see inside the window under the tubes..... there's the cylinder.  bless.

The bad bit: some 'plumber' had installed a 250,000btu boiler going full pelt with a huge nozzle...... we did the calculations and the peak load is actually 140,000btu.  Same idiot put in a 500l cylinder, for a 3 bedroom house with three occupants.  These lazy sods want shooting.

Why do people ask 'plumbers' to do heating work?HuhHuh??

Rant.
