If you point a device like that at aircraft at Heathrow I'd expect to see you on the News at the very least. The only issue is whether or not you'd be alive by the time of transmission.

just an idea that crossed my mind: how many people would you require to make a trip to East Anglia worthwhile? Or is a simple visit to Pleasure Beach in Great Yarmouth enough of an incentive??
