Treated myself to sendit.coms £12.49 Fall Peel Session Collection.

It replaces many lost cassettes of taped from radio versions from down the years.

Boy is there going to be some bad sing-a-long-ing on the next few weeks journeys.

(Just wish I could find the tape of Billy Bragg at Peel Acres circa Xmas 91?)

Outstanding taste if I may be so bold Sir!

Sing-a-long-ing to Mr. Smith eh - that could be novel..... Grin I take it you'll be doing the obligatory "ahhh"s at the end of each line?

Any particular favourite songs/lines etc?

Enjoy!

To my tin ear the advantage of the MES songbook us that any misheard lyrics,
as long as they scan,
are probably as meaningful as the original.

'Mr Pharmacist' & 'Hit The North' rouse Team Mespilus on long journeys.

I'm looking forward to hearing Fall '94 versions of 'Jingle bell Rock'
and 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing'.
