Ok, so am about to start this book, any good?
..& having a look at the map a few pages in why did they withdraw from France, never heard about that!

 Anything else recommended in the same vein (or better depending on your viewpoint)

The company that barcoded it's customers! Yes, it's worth a read and, although mostly a rant against one store, gives a fair insight into the 'big' retail sector as a whole.
