Today, Peter Pervis, formerly of Blue Peter fame, and more recently a TV presenter of several other programmes is 70 years old.

I have to say that compared to some men, he could easily pass for 55 and certainly looks hot and fantastic for his age. But age is a relative number and 70 maybe the new 60 for some of us.
Of course looks are just skin deep but he is also as modern and fun as anyone 40 years his junior.

How many of you give thought to how you will age?  Will you become (Martin exempted as hes already there  Kiss) a grumpy old git (crusty hippy) or will our generation be able to renew its self and offset old age?
What will keep us young?
Will it be lots of physical excersise or acting the fool and staying mentally competant and childlike?

Mother Nature is a wonderful housekeeper - but eat her out of house and home and you may just get your marching orders.
