THE LEGAL STUFF:
This area is for private advertising of any second hand equipment which is for sale. Goods may NOT be advertised elsewhere on this forum, doing so will result in the removal of your advert, and may result in termination of forum membership. Postings in this section must be confined to renewable energy equipment or equipment relating to the installation of renewable energy. If the advertisment is suitable, you may include it in this section. There is no fee for private advertising within this section.

All items advertised for sale should include full details of all costs (including shipping charges where applicable). Buyers should satisfy themselves that what they are purchasing is fit for their purpose before making payment to the seller. The contract of sale for any item advertised in this section of the forum will remain exclusively between the buyer and the seller. Neither Navitron Ltd as an organisation nor any of the individuals acting as Moderators or Administrators of this forum are responsible for transactions between buyer and seller and will not become involved in disputes. Navitron Ltd, the forum moderators and administrators do not offer any kind of guarantee, warranty or endorsement to any product advertised within this section.

Please bear in mind that this is a free service. Navitron Ltd reserves the right to remove any advert if it is deemed to be unacceptable for whatever reason.

If you are a trader, offering a product which does not compete with Navitron products, advertisements may be accepted, however, please contact Navitron directly to discuss fees.

Adverts are liable to be removed after 6 weeks. If the item is sold within this time, the seller should either inform the moderators or append a "Sold" post to the listing so that the advert may be removed from the forum.
If there are any references to Ebay listings within the advert, it will be assumed that the item is sold and the advert is liable to be removed after 14 days. Similarly where externally hosted photo links cease to work or questions go unanswered, it will be assumed that the advert can be deleted.

Please note (in case anyone wonders) that removal of adverts and any subsequent comments will result in the post count of the person(s) concerned decreasing...
