thanks. Do you mean a right angled L profile 3 mm thick with 30mm cross section? I was thinking of lifting the slates and screwing stainless steel to the rafters similar to my solar water system - can post photos but it is a fairly standard set up. You seem to have drilled through your tiles? I will be mounting 26 Navitron 110Wp panels and want to get it right. I would prefer to drill as little as possible

I have two 3 metre length unirac and some end clamps/mid way clamps.  Does anybody know how tight I need to bolt these clamps to the solar panel frame.  I feel on edge as I don't want to damage the panel.
