Does anyone have the list of Ofgem accredted total generation meters(or its URL)? I forgot to save it and now cant find it.

This has actually moved out of the OFGEM area of responsibility to BIS a couple of weeks ago.

You can get an approved meter of ebay for about £5. I bought 3. They all have 10 years left still to run on the approval.
