I suppose I am most concerned about the viability of new projects using existing bits and bobs. There are two wheels within a couple of miles of me each could put out 2 or 3 kw but I know that the owners can not afford/would not countenance getting commercial operators in to do the work. And after April roc`s wont exist so their only payback would be self use and/or 5p sale to grid. Also the principle remains:I shall only be entitled to 9p for a system which is reliable (wheel has been going for 15 years now) and completely self financed while others get 17p because they can tick the right boxes.
I hate to whinge.
