Another good set of responses - with clear comments on the proposed level of the tariff and the ways that existing system owners should be compensated.

I've read the whole document and concluded:

AD looks very promising

We should kick out the tiny-minded Government departments and put the REA in charge

I hope the Conservatives like the REA approach - Maggie would have loved the drive to renewables using market forces

Another well thought out report by the REA I just hope DECC have the guts to put it into practice rather than sell out to the nuclear lobby.

Only negative aspect I can see is the reduced rates for gasification technology which I presume is to overcome the perceived increased efficiency of this technology.

Raising the reward for small hydro gets my vote.
Can`t see any market forces here tho.
