Wyleu
Sounds a bit like a waste of resources to run 1-wire signals in a 6mm² wire, just to keep the installation tidy.  police instead of running a 2-core 6mm² alongside your pick of a 1-wire cable.

(After Wookey pointed it out, there are ever so many symbols hidden behind your keys  Roll Eyes Try AltGr 2 for the ², or  Cheesy³ instead of  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Not sure it's implemented on the karma buttons?

That's why Wyleu thinks learing the unicode makes more sense. You're probably not working on a Linux or similar system, so your character mapping (from pressing a key to seeing something on screen) might be different. There's most likely a different way for you to type unicode characters?

Otherwise, welcome to Linux. Download a LiveCD of one of the many Linux flavours, Debian, Ubuntu, openSuse, you name it, burn it to CD, boot from CD, and try it out.  linux

Wyleu if you are looking at taps onto wires see what the welserver guy does. He uses gel-filled phone tap connectors, which is rather neat.
