if you mean two AC turbines,probably the easiest way is to run each via its own grid tie inverter;as Guy says,trying to syncronise them can be difficult and expensive.
If dc,then its easy,just use blocking diodes to prevent them motoring each other,then bung it all into the battery.
If you have a fancy battery control unit,they often cater for various inputs,but you need to treat each one as per makers specs.
