Your site looks good. Plenty of solar potential and woodland already on site. Your biggest asset is the 11kv line which should be good for 250kw export. As regards costs I dont know about a 50kw generator but 250kw can be from 40k upto 250k depending on quality and controls. If your electric company is like ours it would also cost 20k for the ability to connect your 3 wires to their system. They may also ask for a contribution to the transformer cost but you might already have that on site.

Stick the genny in the mine then nobody would hear it.  

What sort of mine was it.

It would be good if a `proof of the pudding` test were all that is needed to qualify. If it don`t generate, you don`t get paid.
