We managed 63C at the bottom of the cylinder on the 20th February, and yesterday (21st) we managed 55C for our Navitron solar tubes. Suddenly the sun seems to be noticeably higher, stronger and in the sky longer.

The PV system's also been doing well - 8kWh exported yesterday, and 8kWh the day before. Of course, the extra 2.2kWp has helped!

Great month so far

The 2.4KWP  PV  at an angle of 60°  generated 111 kwh this month  so far  over 5 kwh a day  whistlie

the  "PVGIS estimates of solar electricity generation tool"

estimates Feb    3.79 kwh a day av   106 for the whole Feb

In the deep winter i always start to worry if everything is wired up right cause poor performance , but now the sun shows power  Tongue

A good month for sun.  8.2 KWh daily average which is  95% of July 09 output and 98% of August 09 output.   High pressure meant a big differential between day and night temperatures with below zero temperatures most nights.

Amazing Feb , like the whole winter here in South west (Irelands) Grin

My 2.4 KW PV at an 60° Angle generated 157.2 kwh this month  so thats over 65 kwh per installed kwp

There is an European site to compare performance  and a "Ranking list " of the top 10 http://sonnenertrag.eu/tops.php?&lang=en

Compared with Germany it looks like  we are second  Grin
Even in France and Italy we would be on that list   whistlie (if they have their readings all updated  Lips Sealed)

Iain, rt,

How do you copy/paste the graphs from BDPV?

Iain, yours shows the great regional differences in this country.
Yours, for Devon was 53 Wh/Wp for both Jan. and Feb.
Here in central Scotland I had 23 Wh/Wp for Jan.(covered in snow for most of the time) and 49 for Feb.
Also, the day-lenght is shorter up here.
Interseting to see what happens, come June/July with the long days.
