Their website quotes "We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your payment and keep you updated with the expected despatch date for your order. You can cancel for a refund any time."

Did you get the first acknowledgement?

I sincerely hope it works out OK for you.

I received order confirmation  on Jan 3rd -order no.359.
From the website ----  A limited number of units are available for pre-order. If you pre-order, we will aim to despatch as soon as possible, starting in February 2013. We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your payment and keep you updated with the expected despatch date for your order. You can cancel for a refund any time.
I will leave it until feb to chase .

Have you checked your email junk filter? Mine, provided by my ISP at source, very occasionally makes a wrong decision, and I have to go online to examine the junk folder that they keep on my behalf for 30 days.

Derkdagger , it is difficult to advise. The immersun sells for 300 + vat and is available from Navitron.
You are browsing and asking questions on the Navitron forum.
The other product you mentioned does not sell for the same money and is not available from Navitron.

Be carefull how you nention the other product or you will labelled as  spam!

I must say I do love these "Immersun" threads, think it might need its own page setting up, and its not even spring yet!
You just wait till the sun comes out!, then that will keep someone busy looking for  spam!

By the way my panels are lovely and clean now the snow has all gone!!
