Title: C AND F Wind Turbines apparent on the rocks.
Post by: biff on May 07, 2019, 02:11:10 PM
I just found out by accident that C and F Wind Turbine Galway are on the rocks. They are in a serious dispute with their Belgian Magnet suppliers who they are suing for a couple of million and they in turn are counter suing C and F for 800. O00 Euros.
Then there are a few customer complaints that are not being honored and court settlements being awarded to claimants but only to find that C and F are going into receivership.
This is a serious blow for the Irish Turbine  manufacturers credibility. C and F Turbines was only one of Mr O.Flahertys many companies. Perhaps he expects the Government to step in and save the jobs like they did before in his other Company.
So anyone in the process of signing up will need to be very careful. The Turbines are good but there is an art in picking the right location and hell  to pay for picking the wrong one . I always believed that as long as you had the goods you were well on the way.
It's very sad.

That legal dispute has been going on for years Biff. About the same amount of time that C&F warranty and servicing has been receiving complaints.  Has the legal side finally been settled?
