Just discovered this: http://wp-verbrauch.in-tostedt.de/index.php?lang=en which is a multilingual database for collecting heat-pump installation and performance data so that real-world COPs can be calculated for different systems. Most of the entries are in Germany/Austria/Switzerland so far, but adding more from other countries would be really good. Results vary from 1.5 to 5.5.
