hello , my system has shunts to record the amps that pass in either direction there are three one for the solar Array one for the windgen and one for the inv:charger/ house, it will also show me when the batteries have had a complete charge not just in terms of Two hours at a set absorb voltage but it also indicates when the return amps setting has been accomplished thus giving a true fall charge.

So the question is with a battery like mine for example 24v 800 amp hour ish, lead acid Forklift battery a year old, how many days between a true full charge is exceptable?  as i can have many days when the battery doesent quite make it up to full but close say 95 percent full , do too many days like these slowly degrade the battery?

or to put it simply how many days of not reaching a full charge before i should charge full with the generator and charger?

i have been thinking about this for a while now and would love to understand the issue fully
