That'll be the SS Politician CM, and yes yours truly has dived on it and spent hours digging in the sand for an elusive bottle. Sadly all I found were broken ones and a crate end (which I still have), however a mate of mine has one, they are easily recognizable as each bottle has embossed upon it 'federal law forbids the reuse of this bottle'   I did manage to come away with several hundred quids worth (well over a grand at todays prices) of white metal from the prop shaft bearings though  whistlie
