A condition of RHPP elegibility was that you had to declare whether your GSHP system was able to have metering fitted. The wording said that their metering team would visit to confirm this declaration and might then fit metering equipment. After going to some trouble fitting extra valves, etc. for 'meter ready-ness', I'm disappointed to note that no-one's been to inspect or fit anything... when I called EST to enquire, they mumbled something about "team probably being really busy" and authorised the balance of my payment.

Just wondering if my experience is the exception or the rule?
